TERMS OF SERVICES

CONDENSED TOSNOTICE: this is the CONDENSED version of TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole Purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which will apply to your orders.✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission.
✦ Artwork will be drawn in my art style only.
✦ ETA is usually 1–2 weeks depending on queue and complexity.
✦ 50% upfront payment or full payment is required after sketch approval.
✦ Accepted payments: PayPal and GCash(if you're at my local country).
✦ NSFW commissions have separate pricing.
✦ Rush commissions: +$5 USD.
Maximum of 3 revisions only.
✦ Additional revisions will cost extra.
✦No refunds or cancellations after sketch approval and rendering has started.
✦Full refunds may only be considered if there is no progress/communication for 2 consecutive months.
✦ Final artwork will be sent digitally via email.
✦ Source files are available for an extra fee.
✦ Personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed and paid for separately.
✦ I may post commissioned artwork on my portfolio/social media unless requested otherwise beforehand.

This Contract applies to the artist further called Seller and persom or institution called Customer purchasing from seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Sller the Customers agrees to the following Terms:GENERAL
✦The Seller reserves the right to decline any commission request that is overly complex, explicit, offensive, or outside the Seller’s comfort zone or skill set.
✦All artworks will be created in the Seller’s personal art style.
✦The Customer is expected to provide clear descriptions and visual references whenever possible to ensure accuracy.PAYMENTS
✦Accepted payment methods are PayPal and GCash (Philippines).
✦The Customer must pay either:
50% upfront after the sketch is approved, or
100% full payment before rendering begins.
✦Prices for NSFW commissions are separate from standard commission pricing.
✦Rush commissions require an additional fee of $5 USD or equivalent.PRODUCT DELIVERY
✦Estimated completion time is usually between 1–2 weeks depending on complexity, workload, and queue.
✦The Seller will provide progress updates in case of delays.
✦Final artwork will be delivered digitally through Gmail/email unless otherwise agreed upon.
Source files (PSD, Clip Studio, etc.) are not included by default and require an additional fee.
REVISIONS
✦The Seller allows up to 3 revisions during the commission process.
✦Additional revisions beyond the free limit will incur extra charges.
✦Major changes requested after approval of the sketch may require additional payment.REFUND POLICY
✦ The Customer may request a full refund if the Seller has made no substantial progress or communication for two (2) consecutive months without prior notice.
✦ If the commission cannot be completed within four (4) months due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergencies, accidents, technical issues, or other valid reasons), the Seller will discuss either:
an updated deadline, or
a partial/full refund depending on the progress already completed.
✦ Once the sketch has been approved and the rendering/work process has started, refunds and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
✦ No refunds will be issued after the final artwork has been completed and delivered.
✦ If the Customer cancels the commission before sketch approval, only partial refunds may be given to cover work already completed.
✦ Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes after receiving the artwork are strictly prohibited.PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE
✦Unless otherwise discussed, commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
✦The Customer may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, mint as NFT, claim ownership of, or commercially profit from the artwork without written permission from the Seller.
✦Commercial use rights must be discussed separately and will require additional fees.
✦The Seller retains the right to display commissioned artwork in portfolios, social media, or commission samples unless confidentiality is requested beforehand.CANCELLATIONS
✦The Seller reserves the right to cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude behavior, inability to complete the work, or violation of these terms.
✦If the Seller cancels the commission before completion, a partial or full refund will be issued depending on the amount of work completed.By commissioning the Seller, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
